The wood interior lends an authentic vibe, while the spacious rooms feature modern facilities, including central heating-an essential during my January visit. Breakfast offered a commendable variety, from fresh croissants to cereals, and, notable for being included, the four-course dinner menu at the onsite restaurant displayed culinary innovation. The highlight, however, was the packed lunch they arranged-a perfect companion for our hiking adventures. The location is ideal, with convenient access to the local train and bus routes, enhancing the overall travel experience. Berninahaus also stands out for its attentive staff, ensuring that check-ins are swift and the ambiance remains welcoming. Ultimately, the thorough cleanliness, attention to details such as free toiletries, and the proximity to resorts make Berninahaus a wise choice for those seeking luxury without losing sight of value. Ideal for both adventure and relaxation, this hotel proves that a touch of elegance can accompany a sensible budget.
